Why

  • Wanted to integrate the Xplora-watch to HA, so I don't have to use the dreadful Xplora-app https://xplora.no/

Focus so far have been on:

  • Presence, safezone or not
  • Map
  • Battery-status

Functionality required (other than what is builtin in my version of HA):

Optional:

  • Dashboard:
    • yaml-dashboard (but you can copy dashboard-code to UI-dashboard/card

To install you should:

  • copy and insert code for card whereever suitable for your installation
  • add watch (select sensors) parent account (phone number+pwd) used to connect the integration to explora-cloud
  • rename friendly name - with =name after the loooong ID
  • redo/change to your naming standards :)
