About Minyan Mate

Minyan Mate is an Android application designed for use on college campuses or other places with small-medium sized Jewish congregations in need of coordinating a headcount for daily minyanim. It works by maintaining a user-defined list of contacts who will automatically and regularly receive text messages from the app user for each Shacharis, Mincha, and Maariv asking whether they can attend. The minyan text message list is different for every day and every prayer. Furthermore, when a recipient responds, their attendance is logged by the app. These features and more make it a fundamental tool is coordinating regular minyanim.
