How to Use the EagleLife Application

1. Default.aspx

Administrative login

• Input username and password credentials
• Select the “Remember Me” option if user wishes to stay logged in on a browser
• Select “Forgot Password” if credentials are not resolving and the password has been forgotten

2. Launch.aspx

Contains credits and application version

• Directs user to application when “Go to Application” button is selected

3. PassReset.aspx

• Input Email address that was used when credential rights were delegated
• Check mailbox for the verification code sent to Email address
• Input verification code into the corresponding password recovery field

4. PassChange.aspx

• Input current Username and Password
• Create new Password
• Confirm created password by typing it in the “New Password” and “Confirm Password” fields

5. Search.aspx

• Mainly used to search for individual users, has secondary functions in separate subpages
• Select Leader, Student, or Young Lives to find user in database
• Type the intended numerical ID in the corresponding ID field
• Click the search button to populate the data
• The corresponding data shows the Name, School, Phone Number, Email, Group and Division of the entered ID

Switch to List View Tab

• Select the “Switch to List View” function to view database of Young Life students and leaders as a list
• This data can be exported into a CSV document through the buttons below either list.

Add/Modify Users Tab

• Add: To add new a user, populate the fields based on which textboxes are enabled. Each user type has a different set of available fields.
• Modify: To modify a user, type in the corresponding ID, then change the desired category. Press Confirm to finalize changes.
• Delete: To delete a user, type in the corresponding ID, then press Delete.

Select “Switch to Search” on either page to return to the main database search page.
