The BreakUp signal will trigger not when trendline crosses the resistance level, but when the price will rice a little bit higher resistance level. And it will not triggers if the price rises above the upper limit. So this controlled by two parameters.

• MinBreakValue specifies the minimum price change from the last resistance level, which triggers BreakUp.
• MaxBreakValue specifies the maximum price change from the last resistance level, which can trigger BreakUp, if by some reason strategy was not able to open position and price goes too high - there may be too risky to go long.
