The Covenant Sheet is composed of several tabs.

The ones you need to use are :

• Activity log : History of lab activities and covenant decisions. You can plan your activities here (and make sure you don't use the same resources at the same time).
• Vis usage : To track vis expenditure
• Laboratories : To track your lab upgrades

Other tabs will mostly be updated by the GM.
