TO DO's - Arghantyr/LSPR-glass-transmittance GitHub Wiki
Version: 0.20.3
SPACETIME: 22.05.2020
Up until now all work was done in Jupyter Notebook. The code is splitted into various functions, many of which have unnecessarily long names.
TO-DO's for the next weeks:
- wrap up the code into a single file
- test for errors
- add visuals to increase functionality
- modify the code to support Gans theory (only Mie dipolar approximation available right now) - for ellipsoidal nanoparticles
This should do for now...
SPACETIME: 02.06.2020
Most of the code is wrapped up into a single file, containing 4 classes. However, there are still errors in the code, mainly when loading data. The path leading from raw data to Absorbance/Transmittance is not clear. This must be specified, preferrably in the updated version of the Tutorial.
The lack of visuals is a let down... :/ One should find it possible to plot the data on each step in order to check on the data.
TO-DO's for this week:
- check for errors
- enable visuals for each class
- update the tutorial
