Improve the Random Map Generator in these ways:

  • Enable the Archipelago map type
  • Enable random desert maps
  • Enable the generation of urban areas and add a checkbox to control it
  • Fix snowmd.ini to make urban area generation work on random snow maps
  • Disallow paved road curves to be used as road ends
