Re-enable TiberiumDeathToVisceroid=,TiberiumProof=,TiberiumTransmogrify=,TiberiumDeathToVisceroid=,TiberiumDamage=,HealsinTiberium= and any others I missed.

And possibly add MutateToVisceroid= (so dogs and likewise can't mutate unless the modder wants them to /defult:yes/).
