On this page, you can find the version history of the sound pack XML and YAML files. Older versions are compatible with newer Ambient Sounds Tuner versions, unless otherwise specified.

If you choose to update to a newer version, you have to adept the changes mentioned below in order for your sound pack to work again. As mentioned above, you can still use older versions, but no new configuration options are added to those.

• The vehicle sound Aircraft Movement has been renamed to Aircraft Sound
• The following sounds can now be changed individually:
  • Scooter Sound (was previously controlled by Small Car Sound)
  • Coal Power Plant and Oil Power Plant (they were previously controlled by Coal Power Plant only)
  • Water Outlet and Water Treatment Plant (they were previously controlled by Water Outlet only)

With this update, the following sounds have been added:

• AmbientNights: Agricultural, City, Forest, Leisure, Suburban, Tourist
• Buildings: Casino ^{After Dark DLC}, Zoo ^{After Dark DLC}

Since there are no breaking changes to the file, the version has not been incremented.
