  • The Netherlands
Naturalis Biodiversity Center and the European Invertebrate Survey - the Netherlands (EIS), supported by the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Agriculture and Innovation and the Netherlands Biodiversity Information Facility (NLBIF), maintain the Dutch Species Register, a flagship instance of the virtual research environment Linnaeus NG. The Dutch Species Register includes a taxonomic backbone on Myriapoda

  • Switzerland
All national data and information centers recognized by the Swiss government work together as InfoSpecies to coordinate various shared tasks and projects. info fauna - CSCF is the National Data and Information Center on the Swiss Fauna, but apparently provides no information on myriapods and there is no taxonomic backbone species navigation. Curiously, there is a Swiss National Diplopoda Databank from InfoSpecies published in GBIF.
