Project Kick start Meeting 1 - AppMastersCorp/Cameleon-Bags GitHub Wiki

Welcome to the Cameleon-Bags wiki! When is the best time I can have the team(Main ppl involved) on the same call? I want to implement Scrum/Kanban for the following reasons:

  1. We can have timely Delivery of Tasks
  2. No new tasks in between Project Development until Very important and is a ShowStopper
  3. No Surprises for Product owner and Dev Team
  4. Costing easy to manage between new features and contracted features

We will be using the following Tech Stack for this project:

  1. HTML/CSS
  2. JAVA Script
  3. AJAX
  4. PHP
  5. MS SQL
  6. GITHUB
  7. AWS and/or AZURE for Hosting

This is will be a continuous Integration environment, We will be working very closely and communicating via the Kanban board on GitHub. I need to know who are all involved in this project and their task designations. Two things need to happen before jumping on board:

  1. Should have a Microsoft Account (Outlook.com, Live.com, Hotmail.com)
  2. Should have a GitHub account.

  1. GIT Repository
  2. GitHub Functionality's Initially, I will be setting up GitHub, but the expectation is that you will have to start to pick up on this from Day 2.

Timeline Development 20 Days UI: 7 Days Development: 13 Days Testing: 10 Days Note: Development and UI can be done Simultaneously
