Janitor Service

THE JANITOR SERVICE IS PART OF THE OFFLINE PACKAGE AND WILL BE FULLY RERELEASED WITH THE OFFLINE CAPABILITIES.

The Janitor background service is started when the application is launched and re-schedules itself to run every 10 minutes thereafter. The service is meant to cleaup old data including posted documents, unsuccessful background posts and logs.
