OnlyM can be used in a portable way, i.e. it can be installed and run from a USB drive. The procedure involves transferring some files to a USB drive so it requires some knowledge of Windows file management. Instructions are given below:

1. Take a blank USB drive and create 2 folders in the root of the drive: "OnlyM" and "Media".
2. Copy all files and folders from the OnlyMPortable.zip installation to your USB drive's OnlyM folder.
3. Create a command file called start.cmd in the root of your USB drive containing the following single line contents (without the quotation marks): "start OnlyM\OnlyM.exe /source=\Media"
4. Place any media you need in the USB drive's Media folder.

You can now run OnlyM from the start.cmd file on the USB drive. Your PC doesn't need to have OnlyM installed on it.

Note that the PC must have .NET 5 x86 desktop runtime installed.
