Puff spores is an item dropped by Puff Creepers when killed. Its main uses is to brew poison potions.
Puff spores can be used to brew a Potion of Poison II.
Every spore added adds 5 seconds of duration to the potion. The potion that the item is used on may have effects. The poison will not override the old effect but instead will be added on top, allowing players to add poison to any potion in combination with any effect.
The max duration is set to 30 seconds.

- Puff spores are currently the only way to add an effect to existing potions.
- Adding a Puff Spore to the Potion of the Turtle master is the only way to have 3 status effects in one potion.
