Introduction

Hey welcome to the first project from my PhD. It's called Taiga in G Major cause It's a meta-analysis on global boreal forest microbial community structure. It was originally much smaller in scope (called podzols in G minor) so I had to up the name!. Here is the home page. I will try to organize all my code chunks here to create a meaningful flow through of ideas and processing goals; however, I'm mostly doing this for myself so I can look back and remember what I did ...so why are you here?
