Use oc to move files from your computer to the DSRI if they are large and in charge To login with oc, go to your main DSRI console, click your profile and then copy login command. Here is yours Copy this into powershell and you are good to go
You need to determine what your pod name is
oc get pod --selector app=<my-application-name>
oc get pod --selector app=rstudio-bioconductor
You can then copy files to and from your pod using absolute pathing
Copying to
oc cp <folder-to-copy> <pod-name>:<absolute-path-in-pod>
oc cp <folder-to-copy> rstudio-bioconductor-5f7cb7674b-4r4hb:/root/persistent/Taiga_in_G_major/robjects
You can also do the inverse
oc cp <pod-name>:<path-to-copy> <local-destination>
However often you don't need to copy files you want to sync them
Sync local to pod
oc rsync --progress <folder-to-sync> <pod-name>:<path-in-pod>
Sync pod to local
oc rsync --progress <pod-name>:<folder-to-sync> <local-destination>
