Adding and editing Vrbo license details via Guesty - AngeliqueMarachev/tech_writing GitHub Wiki
Compliance property information includes the essential data and documentation required to meet the legal and regulatory standards for rental properties, ensuring compliance with local safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.
Listings that legally require a license mustn't be published without the required information. Contact your local authority to obtain a valid license number.
For properties with a “Pending” or “Failed” status that require compliance information to be published on Vrbo, you can add or update the required details directly in Guesty at any time.
The compliance fields are displayed only for properties that require compliance information, or fall under a specific regulatory category type. Guesty automatically displays the required fields for each listing based on the property location and regulation category, and therefore may vary.
Follow the instructions below to add or edit the compliance property information to your listing.
- Sign in to your Guesty account.
- In the top navigation bar, click the mode selector and select Growth mode.
