The device returns the value of the sensor in response to UART commands.

Command characters:

1. "a" - Get the count of dry contact closures.

2. "b" - Get the count of LED flashes.

3. "c" - Get the value of the thermometer.

4. "d" - Reset the dry contact counter.

5. "e" - Reset the flashes counter.

After each command it is needed to send a newline character (\ n)
