The Following is an update from the User End Report.

As I continued to use this program as a end user I came across a few more items of concern.

PROGRAMMING ISSUES

  1. The only way to exit this program is be clicking on the close button “X” in the upper right-hand corner, should there be an exit button other than the X
  2. The Create a new profile popup, needs to be bigger to accommodate the all the text that is on this popup. The text for the “last name = “ is cut off.
  3. The popup screen for setting a profile as current need better placement of text. There are two columns that should have more space between the two. The first column warps around and is confusing to the general user.
  4. There is the inability to create new modules or new hub files.
  5. The downloadable version that is online cannot be executed. It is only a copy of program itself, it does not run as an application.
  6. From the milestone screen you can not go to the modules screen, study profiles screen, chat room, help or import file. If this was done on purpose those items should be “greyed out”
  7. You cannot change the deadline on any task once you click ok.
  8. The date chosen is not the date that is saved, it saves the default date.
  9. Add a Requirement popup should have a remove or delete button.

DESIGN THOUGHTS

  1. Maybe there should be a “are you sure” popup when deleting items. (i.e. profiles)

  2. It would be nice if there was always the option to pin the navigation menu to be visible. The way you must move around this program is a little clunky, you always have to use the navigation menu.

  3. The design of the Quantity Type button should have the same reset capability the Task Type has. There is a button (-) next to the Type Task button that allows you to reset the type to the default setting, the Quantity type does not.

  4. The back arrows should be located in the same spot on all screens that have one.

  5. The color choice for a completed task is not appealing at all.

  6. The details that are entered, when you add a task/requirement do not show anywhere but in the task popup, it would be nice to see it listed in the Task/Requirement listing.

  7. When using chat, your W number and the host W number does not clear when you leave the “chat room”

  8. On the create an account popup, and you click on quit, it shuts down the program, it doesn’t give you a choice.

  9. You cannot log out of the program, so if you close out of it, and reopen it the last profile is still open.

  10. When deleting a milestone, you have to select it twice, once from the main screen, and then again from the milestone popup window, seems a little redundant.
