Requirements

All requirements were met successfully. A detailed list of the requirements and how they were implemented can be found below.

• X Window support.
• XLeapr uses the native X Window APIs and is able to do so out of the box without configuration.
• Configurability.
• A single configuration can be passed to XLeapr on launch.
• All new gesture support is drag and drop and all options are accessible through the configuration file.
• Application specific behavior.
• Applications may be specified as keys in the configuration and every gesture can be overridden.
• Extensibility
• Gestures exist in a single file and are automatically loaded at launch.
• Developer friendly
• We created our own API for gesture recognition which is both robust and easy to use for developers
• Other
• In the event of a failure, XLeapr will log the error and restart.
• XLeapr properly logs errors and will attempt to restart.
