TPMS Encoding Progress

This week I ran LFSR16 and 64 against an input. Works fine
- Determined we need 128b input since that's what AES will run at a minimum.
Crypto++:
- MAC - installed with brew (should be able to install with Apt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ImG0h5sxpnQ)
- created a file /TPMS_Encoding/CPP_Encrypt/cpp_exe.cpp ran with g++ cpp_exe.cpp -l cryptopp
  - Does generic hex encoding per https://cryptopp.com/wiki/HexEncoder
  - Moving build to Makefile

Client-server connection works
Client seems to encode message
Server can decode a portion of the message
TODO:
- Make sure the message is encoded correctly before sending
- Check that the message is overfilling the buffers on both sides
