Select the directory and click on the upload or download icon. The directory will transferred recursively.
Tips and Tricks
You do not want to enter every time your login data?
Close the dialog with escape instead of 'Close', next time (during the current Codiad session) ignore the 'Mode already saved' alert, update the server list manually and you see you are there where you left it.
