As you can see in the Fiddle from previous page:

The auto view injector has problem with arrays, the "deleted" and "added" view will often be injected in the wrong place. For these cases you can choose to disable auto injection and data-bind the view yourself.

Either override the global setting

ko.concurrency.init({ autoInjectViewForArrays: false });

Or override the specific array

this.items = ko.observableArray().extend({ concurrency: { autoInjectViewForArrays: false }});

And last add the concurrency binding to your view

<div data-bind="foreach: items"><input data-bind="value: name" /><span data-bind="concurrency: concurrency"></span></div>
