Usage: [prefix]addsaying "<saying>" <option> <text>

This command adds a "saying" for the bot to listen for, and when it hears the saying it will respond with the text provided.

There is one option -c, which when used will make the saying case sensitive. Otherwise, if the saying appears with any case it will still trigger the response.

Example: s!addsaying "YEE" -c HAW
