The Sariras is a small urn-like bloomery style furnace. Crafted from mineral rich clays or dried mud and comes with a built in lid.
Recipes
Removing the lid, recipe ingredients are added through the opening in the top similar to the cauldron. Once loaded, replace the lid and ignite the sariras from the front, if the recipe ingredients are valid the furnace will light producing fire and smoke particles.
Opening the lid or allowing all the contained ingredients to be consumed will extinguish the Sariras. To retrieve the finished items manually remove the lid, and sneak click on the opening. Output items will immediately pull to your inventory, any remaining ingredients will have to be slowly fished out.
Similar to the cauldron, automation is possible.
Recipes are generally assumed to include fuel as part of the base recipe ingredients. certain special passive recipes contain no clearly defined fuel and are able to process when the Sariras is not burning
