Charcoal Production, Bark, Stripped Logs, Split Logs, and Log Stacks
To get started sneak-clock with a Work Blade to strip the bark from a log in-world. Currently the log must be vertically oriented, this is a design limitation meant to save block IDs.
Stripping the log will change the block to a Stripped Log and drop bark items in world near the player. Next use an axe to chop the Stripped Log into Split Log items. Finally the Split Logs are used to craft Log Stacks.
Log Stacks can be lit on fire with a fire bow, flint and steel, or similar item.
If left burning while exposed to air the stack turn into ash.
To produce charcoal burry the stacks with normal dirt. You can lite each stack directly or allow the fire to spread from a single lit stack. Once smoke particles have appeared to stop it should be safe to uncover the stacks and check on the resulting charcoal. Generally it is safe to uncover and quickly recover burning stacks in the event you have uncovered before the process has finished.
