Config server:

Spring cloud config server is added. There are points to share-

1. Spring config works seamlessly with local/remote git, need to create a local (as of now) git folder, which will be mentioned in the application.properties file of config server. By default, the local file name should be also -application.properties

              spring.cloud.config.server.git.uri=F:\\SpringCloud_properties_repo
   

2. To change an existing property, the change should be made to the file, properly git committed.NO NEED to restart server.

3. send a POST message to the specific application which needs the update. http://localhost:8081/refresh
