Revised Resource Allocation system Iteration Plan

  2. High – Level Objectives • Members (contributor) will work on each dedicated task assign for them and work as a squad to achieve common project goal. • Frequent Meetings will throughout the project like scrum meeting • Motivate and Evaluate each other’s (members) for success common task • Milestones deadlines are carefully noted and complete task on time. • All the team members have to support to complete the project successfully. • All the members have to participate for the team meetings because it helps to complete the team tasks. • Team members have to motivated and evaluated to make groups tasks successful. • Milestones tasks has to be completed by the team members without any delay.

  3.
