AREA Core

The goal of this part is to work with database and the AREAs (action/reaction) to detect action and give it the appropriate reaction.

Once the "Action Getter" has got all the AREAs (action/reaction) the AREA Core will loop on the actions of every user.

It will update the information of the action once it checked an action, giving the current timestamp.

This part is here to link every AREAs (action/reaction).
