Weekly 1 (24 - 01 - 2026)
During this week, the entire team focused on understanding the problem to be solved and defining the initial scope of the project.
Research activities were carried out on Akima's business domain, identifying the actors in the system, and gathering functional requirements.
As a result, the product vision was established and the prioritized requirements were documented, which will serve as the basis for the following sprints.
