Justin submitted an application to be a mentor for another DSTI summer student with the Ascent team as co-mentors. Their main project would be Conduit device support, with Ascent radiography work as a back-up project if they finish early
Nicole & Cyrus vitually participated in the TACC/ANARI Hackathon in October
- Cyrus was a VisIt mentor
- Nicole spent time merging the viskores + anari dev branches

Cyrus: Lots of release prep -- Released 0.9.5
Cyrus: Updates to a number of build scripts

Emily: Added VisIt & Ascent camera mode parity
Nicole: Added 1D and 2D contours -- limited by VTKm 2.3, can add more support with Viskores
Nicole: Working on fixing an MPI hang for Uniform Grid
- This is fixed but working on other Uniform Grid/Sampling
  - Fixing default spacing (done)
  - Adding Box to Sampling (almost done)
