Updates

• Cyrus, Emily, Justin, Nicole, and Mark Miller all attended DOE CGF at the end of April at the U of O in Eugene, OR
• Have a DSTI Summer Intern, Andres Sewell, who is working on updating rover and bringing Ascent's X-Ray Image extract for radiography data up to parity with VisIt's
• Ascent tutorial in July (find more deets)
• James Kress will present about Ascent at WOIV '25

Recent Developments:

• Cyrus: working on a release for Ascent
  • Required numerous tpl updates
  • Now using VTK-m v2.3
• Cyrus: working on annotations with Caliper
• Cyrus: Fixed a rocm namespace issue
• Nicole: Fixed bug for uniform grid filter for 2D data
• Nicole: Added ability to specify multiple fields for the uniform grid filter
• Nicole: Found the culprit of NASA Mark's ray culling bug
