Description

"From Wrothgar, the Wrothgarians emerged. The mountainous terrain is home to highly independent polities, even by the Bretons’ standards. This may be be influence from the nearby Orcish and Reachfolk populations. These same ones consider them respected foes for sharing values of perseverance and kinship."

Settle Wrothgar

Wrothgarian is considered "extinct" at both start dates, but unlike any other Dead Culture this is because they don't exist yet. Wrothgarians represent the final of many attempts by Bretons to settle the Wrothgarian Mountains. To create the Wrothgarian culture you need to take the major decision "Settle Wrothgar".

The requirements for Settle Wrothgar are to be of Breton Heritage, completely control either Wrothgar or Fharun, be greater or equal to a King (greater or equal to a Duke if your capital is in Greater Wrothgar), and have your Level of Fame be Illustrious (3).

The one taking the decision and all of their vassals will adopt Wrothgarian Culture if they or their vassals culture is of Breton Heritage and their capital is in Greater Wrothgar.
