"The Two Moons Dance, also known in Ta'agra as Riddle'Thar, refers to both the abstract Khajiiti moon-god of cosmic balance as well as its surrounding religious praxis. Introduced by the prophet and Mane Rid-Thar-ri'Datta, the Two Moons Dance is the dominant religious teaching in Elsweyr and deeply intertwined with the rule of the Mane, who safeguards the rights of all Khajiit in accord with the Lunar Lattice."
