Description

"The Sarpa take the form of a wyrm, feathered and winged like a bird, but with the scaled body of a lizard. Sarpa tribes are ancient, and have held uncontested dominion over western Black Marsh in the distant past, though stagnated greatly since. As such, they are the wisest among Saxhleel, but hold the deepest grudges. They feel a duty to pay others in kind, whether by exacting bloody vengeance, or returning unpaid favors."
