Description

"The Salaboiche culture crystallized under the cross-cultural exchange sustained over generations with the Summerset Isles. It produced distinctly urban Bosmer who may answer to Jephre - or even Auri-El - rather than Y'ffre, and shun tribal raiding in favor of sea trade and privateering. There are fruitful trade connections between Auridon and the Cape of the Blue Divide, some even blossoming into familial ties as fledgling merchants take root into the native lineages."

• Some Commander Traits and Personality Traits have extra Jungle bonuses
• The Jungle Stalker Commander Trait is more common
Diligent Characters are admired whilste Lazy and Gluttonous individuals are scorned
• Cannot use the 'Expel Monsters' Casuss Belli against Pariahs or Discriminate them without it being considered Tyranny

This culture lives close to the jungle, and knows how to harvest its riches.
Practiced Pirates Duchy-Tier and lower Rulers may Raid over seas, regardless of Government
• When returning from a successful Raid, non-Tribal and non-Pirate characters lose 1.5 Prestige per 1 Loot delivered
Characters with the Land Raids Perk are unaffected by this penalty
Characters with the Plunderer Trait are seem as Prestigious and can Raid faster
• A Dynasty Head of this Culture can use the Pillage Dynasty Legacy

Army Loot Capacity: +25%

Storming a port, setting it ablaze, and taking everything that isn't nailed down may not be noble, but it is profitable.
Sorcerer-Kings • Rulers with a Royal Court can use the Arcane Court Court Type
• Can enact the Sorcerous Elective Succession Law or the Magelord Elective Succession Law
Vassal Obligations are tied to the difference of Arcana between a Vassal and their Liege.
• Mages and Spellblades Men-at-Arms receive bonuses in Size, Damage, Pursuit, Toughness and Screen depending on the ruler's Rank
Guardians with skills in Magicka, either via a Positive Arcana Affinity or Student of Magicka Trait will pass down a Student of Magicka Trait to their Ward
Innovations unlocking similar abilities will instead lead to better results
Positive Arcana Affinity and Student of Magicka Traits are more valued
Negative Arcana Affinity Traits are looked down upon
• Can hold Arcane Clash Contests in a Grand Tournament
