Description

"Nede is a catch-all term to describe all humans native to Tamriel, excluding the Yokudans and Atmorans but including a good dozen obscure tribes from which descend the Imperials, Reachfolk and Bretons, as well as the near extinct Nedic civilizations of Black Marsh and Hammerfell. Proliferated throughout the continent, the Nedes were concentrated around the Heartlands of Cyrodiil, where the Ayleid civilization resettled tribes from all over Tamriel to serve as their slaves and dependents, and from where the Alessian Revolt eventually laid the foundation for Nedic ascendancy."

Dead Culture

Nedic can't be revived as it's not a specific culture, but the supposed ancestral culture of the many Nedic tribes on Tamriel and possibly beyond.
