Description

"The Nedic people who settled near Kreath, mostly known now for the town of Falkreath, the Men-of-Kreath were imported to Cyrodiil by the Ayleids as slave labor. Most of their culture has been lost however, as the Cyrodiilics took control of Cyrodiil and the Nords and Orcs clashed in Falkreath."

Dead Culture

Men-of-Kreath starts extinct but can be revived with the decision "Found a new culture in White River". The requirements to found a culture in White River are; Have the Scholar trait, have a Level of Fame of Exalted among Men (4) or above, have a Kingdom Rank title or higher, completely control the White River Nativity Region, and have at least one county in White River be a culture of North Nedic heritage.

Upon taking the decision Men-of-Kreath will no longer be considered dead and can be spread by any North Nedic culture, and all counties in White River within your realm of your old culture will convert to Men-of-Kreath.

If your capital is in White River; Yourself, all courtiers of your dynasty, and your capital (even when not North Nedic) will also convert to Men-of-Kreath.
