Description

"The Ilniviri are descended from those Tsaesci who invaded Tamriel and became first servants, then heirs to the Reman Empire. Most natives of Tamriel look askance at them and regard them as perpetual foreigners, but the Ilniviri have no home but Tamriel. Refined and soft-spoken, the Tamrielic Tsaesci are nonetheless masters of betrayal and battlefield alike."

The Heartlands Potentate

Ilniviri start as migratory in both start dates, but can become native to the Heartlands upon taking the decision "The Heartlands Potentate".

The Heartlands Potentate is only available as Potentate Aixnieras Chorak after winning the civil war against Attrebus Sosildor. To become native you must: completely control the region of the Heartlands, your Level of Fame must be Illustrious (3), you must hold the Kingdom/Consulate of the Heartlands and have held it for at least 10 years.
