"The most common type of Goblin-Ken, Goblins proper are green-skinned and present all over Tamriel with concentrations in Cyrodiil and Alinor (being largely enslaved in the latter) but historically also ranged all over Hammerfell. They often live austere lives focused on their tribe and totems."
