Description

The Cult of Malacath honours the Keeper of the Bloody Curse, and uphold his strictest principles. They see themselves surrounded by enemies due to the nature of the Prince, and they are ready to fight and die to preserve their faith.

Warmonger • At Peace Opinion instead of Offensive War Opinion
•Can Use Conquest Casus Belli without the required Innovations. If the attacker's culture has the required Innovation, the Casus Belli requires one less Level of Fame or Level of Devotion
•Members of The Clergy can Serve as Commanders or Champions
•Can use Holy Wars against Faiths considered Hostile instead of Evil
•Unlocks the Champion of Faith Vassal Contract

Contempt for the Weak • Uses the Duel to the Death for a Title instead of Duel for a Title. The Interation does not cost Prestige, a victory provides Piety, but every duel is to the death.
• Ruller with high Prowess Skill may pay presige to claim titles held by orger ruler. The higher the difference off Titles held by other rulers. The higher the difference of the prowess between the rulers, the lower the cost.
• Vassal Obligations are tied to the differences of Prowess between a Vassal and their Liege.
• Rulers get for each point of Prowess:
+0.5% Levy Size and Reinforcement Rate,
- 0.5 % Men-at-Arms Maintenance (you need a Marshal for that effect to take place)
+1 Vassal, Courtier and Guest Opinion (You need a Chancellor for that effect to take place)
+0.1 Monthly County Control (You need Steward for that effect to take place)
• enables 'Rule by Might' Succession Law. A Successor is chosen among a ruler's eligible children, whic will have to face any sibling who contest their claim in Duel to the Death.
