"The Chuzei of central Morrowind are Dark Elves who have long been at the forefront of their people's beliefs: first, the teachings of Veloth; and later the Tribunal's. As a result, they are perhaps the most orthodox of the people of the Great Houses, embodying the virtues of generosity and serenity. From this position, they have developed the complex religious bureaucracy of the Tribunal Temple and House Indoril, and, through them, leadership of Resdayn."
