Description

When the Argonians’ ancient Sithis-worshipping society collapsed in the Duskfall, the sentient Hist trees of Black Marsh welcomed their children back with open arms. Not all agreed. A minority of Hist wish to guide their people back to the old way of life, but with Order as the new ideal in place of the Change and Destruction that Sithis embodies.

"Amber Plasm is a substance leaked by some Hist trees, and is believed to be a form of 'chaotic creatia' from Oblivion. When harnessed properly it can grant those who consume it improved strength and reflexes, though excessive usage often results in insanity and glowing orange patches over the skin."
Reincarnation • County Conversion Resistance: +20%
• Children have a chance of being considered as the reincarnation of an ancestor, giving bonuses to Piety and Opinion

Pursuit of Power • Can use the Conquest Casus Belli without the required innovations. If the attacker's culture has the required innovations the Casus Belli required one less Level of Fame or Level of Devotion.
• Might Makes Right requires one less Level of Fame or Level of Devotion.
• Tyranny gain: -50%
• Title Creation cost: -50%
• Direct Vassal opinion: -10
