Requesting a meeting

1. Check out the meeting board and pick a slot.
2. Contact DigitalLabs via Alice, using your project's gmail account.
3. Use a subject: 'Meeting'
4. In the email: your team name, date and time of your requested slot
5. In the email: what you want to talk about
6. In the email: who is coming. Client Advocate? User Advocate? PM? Tech Lead? Developers? Whole Team? Let us know - it will help us!
7. Wait for the response. We'll try and get back to you within the hour
8. When it's time for your meeting, come to the Shed. Ask for DigitalLabs.
