P00 continuation — icons and commercial direction

Scope authorized on 2026-10-01: finish the approved A launcher icon, plan the commercial community experience, explicitly defer iOS, and align wiki Home with README. Branch codex/phase-00-app-icons; base 9c090c6577b9cedb6119f9d5f8f8de96f2c6aa96; milestone 12. Primary checkout contains unrelated changes and remains untouched.

P00-T04 — native launcher adoption

• Default icon: white background, unchanged approved vector A, no wordmark. Android native adaptive foreground, API33 monochrome layer, round reference and five density fallbacks; iOS opaque AppIcon catalog prepared.
• Source SHA256: 706fc79d36df750838256dab85f05791eeb8476dc031717dd6c3559c6d57fe0d. Byte equality against integrated master PASS; native paths/clips/gradient equality PASS; no raster embedding or external SVG resources.
• Alpha silhouette fitted inside 32.5dp radius, below the 33dp safe-zone radius; square/rounded/circular previews visually inspected.
• Ten Android density exports and eighteen iPhone/iPad/marketing slots: dimensions, RGB opacity and white corners PASS.
• ./gradlew :app:assembleDebug --no-daemon: BUILD SUCCESSFUL, 50s, 67 tasks. Whitespace and scoped secret-surface review PASS.
• iOS assets are prepared, not runtime accepted: no Mac and no Xcode application target. Workstream deferred by explicit user request; only explicit resumption authorizes further iOS implementation.
• No identifiers, permissions, runtime data, business rules or license notices changed. No broad backend suite for launcher assets.

P00-T05 — planning and wiki Home

Issue #69, LOCAL_DONE (planning only). Commercial experience contract B-BR-C01–C06 / BUC-C01–C05, P19–P24 with 24 bounded tasks, ADR-016, explicit iOS archive, current P18 merge reconciliation, README and source-selected wiki Home alignment.

• Changed Markdown local destinations, unique task IDs/anchors/dependency order, ledger JSON and preservation of imported README section PASS.
• bash scripts/tests/test-wiki.sh: 39 passed, 0 failed; source-SHA-selected overview, guarded owned pages and manual-page safety preserved.
• Previous manual Home exact bytes/hash match the archived source copy; one-time adoption authorized explicitly, unrelated manual pages excluded.
• Deferred-release record guard updated for ADR-016's Android/backend scope, explicit iOS deferral and historical G18 nonacceptance. RED: updated policy fixture refused the old G18-only guard. GREEN: bash scripts/tests/test-g09.sh passes valid fixture/canonical record and rejects premature certification, missing app/legal/local prerequisites, old gate, absent scope, claimed iOS certification, claimed G18 acceptance and missing record. Shell syntax PASS. This validates policy records, not runtime certification.
• Whitespace and scoped secret-surface review PASS. No backend behavior change in this task and no future phase issues created.
• Historical full G18 remains unaccepted; Android/backend real G09 deferred until actual G24 and full production evidence. iOS native work is deferred until a new explicit request; prepared assets preserved.
• This task does not implement the planned redesigned experience or certify production.

Integration

Task commits 1de6423 / 28bf779; issues #68/#69; draft PR #70; base 9c090c6577b9cedb6119f9d5f8f8de96f2c6aa96. Required protection is Quick verification with strict base/enforced admins. Closure verifies final head/base/provider, runs local quick once through finish, guarded merge preserving task commits and one wiki snapshot. Actual post-merge SHA/wiki commit cannot be fabricated in their own source snapshot; record them in the retained ledger and next authorized branch. No deploy/tag/pilot.

Post-merge retained local record (pending next authorized branch): PR #70 merged as bad31b79d6b83bf0fede7b456321f05846c2e06a; Quick verification / Android test SUCCESS on 81347bf / base 9c090c6; local full quick PASS once (16s) through finish. Wiki aac4b37fbcef3193598678ff12edeb3340d50cd9 mirrored the merged snapshot to Home, preserved original Home history and unrelated manual-page bytes. Issues #68/#69 and milestone 12 closed; phase branch removed locally/remotely, detached worktree preserved; primary unowned edits untouched. Remote durable record: PR #70 comment 5937298311. iOS explicitly archived, G18 unaccepted, G09 uncertified; no future implementation or production launch performed.
