Preserved worktree drafts — 2026-10-13

These exact snapshots preserve unfinished edits discovered during the user-authorized repository reconciliation. They are historical drafts, not current product specifications or acceptance claims. Canonical documentation elsewhere supersedes older plans. Original files remain untouched in their checkouts; a private Git bundle also preserves every original tip.

manifest.json records original revisions, paths and SHA-256 digests. Patches can be inspected against those revisions; untracked documents are retained as plain-text snapshots so their historical relative links do not masquerade as current navigation.

The primary-checkout patch removes intake admission locking, health/error mapping and the bounded timeout. It is preserved but not applied: the reconciled source retains the tested safety protections. Older icon/brand records and station-catalog planning remain available without overwriting current progress or pretending that old delivery notes certify new releases.
