Current execution state

  • Updated: 2026-09-30. Backend/infrastructure first; P10 remains blocked by G09.
  • Git baseline: c51fa03f57b0c9f0a429e41c51bbd21ff2dcbb9c on main, P09 PR #10 already merged; earlier progress incorrectly still called it open.
  • Current task: P09-T01 follow-up — complete local runtime validation and integration/security fixes, per user request. One bounded release-rehearsal task on codex/phase-09-production-validation.
  • Authorization: LOCAL_ONLY tests/runtime. API on this machine's IP; isolated synthetic PostGIS/S3 and internal-CA edge. No real server, cloud storage or production deployment requested.
  • Current changes: identity HTTP composition, exact fuel/unit intake, challenge binding/concurrent rotation, strict bounded JSON, private-response conditionals, schema readiness, storage redirect/error privacy and Caddy syntax/log privacy.
  • Evidence: Local runtime validation: 666 unit / 818 integration passing events, full local infra/recovery/load, TLS/log privacy and 9-second quick gate green. One fixture-generator skip, no acceptance skips.
  • State: LOCAL_DONE; task snapshot retained on the isolated phase branch, not INTEGRATED or RELEASE_CERTIFIED. No issue/PR/wiki publication in this local-only follow-up; no fabricated remote IDs.
  • Local API: http://172.19.2.11:18093/health/live; dedicated validation DB/storage, ANP discovery disabled. Temporary configuration/reports in /tmp/anpfuel-production-validation/.
  • Tested source: base c51fa03 + fingerprint 48dc47514dba28cb4862c63611d75dd1bf6367e154036ec9c2a182070cfd2e8c. Next: separately authorized integration and fresh immutable candidate certification. Local checks do not certify G09.
  • G09 BLOCKED: fresh immutable release candidate/certification, real deployment acceptance, legal review and wiki follow-up remain separate. P10 MUST NOT start.
