• P32-T04A (#121): full affected Kotlin suites PASS (1,138 executed, one existing opt-in live ANP test skipped), both APK builds + lint PASS (0 errors, 161 warnings). UI/real ContentResolver source instrument 7/7 Poco API36 + 7/7 API26; 2x font/expired URI/5MiB bounds. Physical APK installed and opened. TalkBack/novice/low-memory/performance union rows remain OWED.

• Critical inherited P30/P31 composition gap: claim/proof Sessions callbacks validate only access tokens, not frozen contributor-key proof; ProofPorts.Bytes nil/503. Current adapter tests do not accept those runtime gaps. Ready/merge blocked; next source work is authenticated proof ceremony + negative/replay/binding tests and storage provisioning, then live/manual acceptance.

• Inherited P32/P33 code checkpoints are not complete UI/device acceptance. P33 and catalog backend commits remain unmerged; required current-head/base CI, guarded merge and wiki are pending.

• G24 previously accepted BY USER DECISION (aedfdd3), not device evidence; new physical/manual proof remains due. Historical G18 NOT_ACCEPTED; iOS DEFERRED_EXPLICIT_RESUME_ONLY. G09 UNCERTIFIED; no production deployment/tag/public pilot follows from this task.

• Physical Poco ADB model 2311DRK48G, Android 16/API36: 7 scoped source tests PASS (9.077s), original ~5MiB PDF 182ms, sampled heap ~14→30MiB. API26 7/7 (8.195s), 198ms. These samples do not certify the full commercial performance matrix.

• P26 website guides INTEGRATED via PR #117 (938fc1f); website task IDs overlap catalog P25/P26 historically. Preserve both source plans and use explicit scope.
