Contract: ADR-020 maintained-dev → protected-main PR; existing PR #129 reused (no second PR); guarded merge preserving commits via git-flow.sh finish --required "Quick verification"; one allowlisted merged-SHA wiki mirror after merge. Constraint: no force-push, no direct main push, no merge without green required checks, no CI polling; G09/G24/live statuses stay distinct.

• Remote moved to github.com:AlexandreZanata/Abastevo per handoff; local origin repointed from brazil-fuel-prices to Abastevo (git remote set-url) so git push origin dev updates Abastevo PR #129. Pre-push verified: Abastevo dev = 47b5464 == ancestor of local dev → fast-forward, no force.
• Pushed: local dev (SEC01-D → this task, 34 commits incl. SEC09-E) to origin/dev. Excluded from every commit (verified per commit via git diff --cached --name-only): the dirty AI_TRAINING_IMAGE_CONSENT_PLAN.md (another effort's) and all untracked planning/audit files — they stay local-only.
• PR: https://github.com/AlexandreZanata/Abastevo/pull/129 (dev→main, reused). Merge: ONLY after required Quick verification is green at the pushed head, via the finish helper; then one wiki mirror of the merged SHA. No merge performed here (checks pending).
