You can be notify by email about new entities in any of forms.

Notification Email functionality is added by package: magento2-custom-forms-email-notification

Configuration

Stores -> Configuration -> ALEKSEON EXTENSIONS -> Custom Forms

  • Email Sender
  • Email Template
  • Send Email To - list of receiver email addresses comma separated.

Form settings

You can enable administrator notifications about new entities on each form separately in field Notify admin By Email about new entities in Confirmation Email tab.

If You select which attriute contains customer email then Reply-To header is filled in email.

Notice

Email sending is disabled when the Magento_CustomerSampleData module is installed. Read more here.
